These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the WB999 platform, operated under the domain wb999.cam ("WB999", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of the WB999 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

WB999 is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. WB999 provides guides, market explanations, bonus overviews and transparent information about sports betting, live casino and online gaming. WB999 is an informational platform and does not directly operate as a gambling operator, accept deposits or process wagers on its own account.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

4. You must not be subject to any court-ordered, operator-imposed or self-imposed exclusion from gambling services.

6. You must not hold more than one active WB999 account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

Where WB999 offers account registration features, you agree to provide complete, accurate and current information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other security credentials associated with your WB999 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. WB999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You agree to notify WB999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.

When using the WB999 Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international laws or regulations.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification or account use.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse any bonus, promotional offer or game outcome through dishonest means.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or any other software to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from WB999.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or WB999 staff.
• Uploading, transmitting or distributing malware, viruses or any other harmful code through the Platform.
• Systematically reproducing, copying or redistributing WB999 Content without prior written consent.

WB999 provides informational guidance on deposit methods that may be available through third-party Operators. All deposit and payment processing is handled directly by the relevant Operator — WB999 does not process financial transactions on its own account.

Payment method names referenced on WB999 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are familiar local references for illustrative context only. WB999 does not claim that any of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling operations. Users must confirm available payment methods directly with the Operator before depositing funds.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by Operator. An illustrative example commonly referenced is PKR 1,000 — this is not a guarantee and must be verified with your chosen Operator.

WB999 provides general guidance on the withdrawal process as it typically applies across reputable online gambling Operators. Actual withdrawal procedures, processing times, minimum amounts and available methods are determined solely by the Operator and may vary.

• Withdrawals are generally only permitted to payment methods matching the identity and name on the registered account — this is a standard Operator anti-fraud control.

The following general bonus principles typically apply across reputable Operators:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement — commonly expressed as a multiplier such as 25x, 30x or 35x the bonus amount — before any winnings can be withdrawn. Illustrative examples on WB999 use these figures as context only.
• Minimum Deposit: Most welcome bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit, with PKR 1,000 commonly cited as an illustrative example.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content on the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, copy or distribute any Content without prior written permission from WB999.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on WB999 Content.
• Use Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any competing service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from Content.

All third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on WB999 — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to these names does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

WB999 provides all Platform Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WB999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any Content on the Platform.

WB999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or reliance on any information published on the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy or incompleteness in bonus descriptions, payment method references or game information.
• Losses incurred through gambling activity on any third-party Operator platform.
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform for any reason.
• Any decision made by an Operator regarding account approval, verification, bonus eligibility or withdrawal processing.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

WB999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account, or to remove, restrict or modify access to any part of the Platform, at any time and without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5.
• Discovery that the user is under the required minimum age.
• Legal requirement or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Inactivity of the account for an extended period as determined by WB999.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WB999 is formally registered and operates, as determined by WB999 from time to time.

If you are a user based in Pakistan, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and WB999 expressly disclaims any representation that use of the Platform or any referenced Operator service is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your own legal compliance.

Any disputes arising between you and WB999 that cannot be resolved informally through our support channels will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. WB999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, WB999 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your account.
